VAT EXEMPTION
To claim the VAT off our Tricycle products there has to be adaption changes made to allow the exemption.
This means adapting the product for "Special Needs" the fitting of items such as our back rests, four point harness, the changing of brake levers, the fitting of special pedals or other items that will adapt the product for special needs.
HM Customs "VAT" states that an able bodied person can also ride a tricycle, therefore the VAT cannot be deducted, unless it has been adapted as stated.
